Example #1 (Seller Perspective)
You are a reputable seller on a certain site. You’ve been selling for quite some time, so everyone on that site knows you’re a great seller. Well, that’s the problem. Only people who browse that site know who you are. What if you discover another site and later have the intent of selling on that site also? Well, it’s going to be a rough start because people don’t know your reputation. Wouldn’t it be great if you can show off your current reputation/vouches and not start from square one? Well, now you can!

Example #2 (Buyer Perspective)
You’re browsing a forum one stormy Friday night and find “INSERT_PRODUCT_HERE” for a super bargain. You tell yourself, Holy Moly I have to have this “INSERT_PRODUCT_HERE”. But there are two things stopping you: 1) You have never dealt with this seller before; 2) The seller is new to this forum. Do you trust your gut instinct that the seller won’t rip you off and take your hard earn money because you don’t want to miss the deal of the century? Sure why not…..NOT! Wouldn’t you have a little more assurance if the seller already had a good reputation? Well, now he can!

Heck yea it does or does it? They say time is money and you’re spending time on our site. So, we think we should pay you for the time you’re investing on our site. But, we made this site for you and everyone else, so we spent time making this site. So let’s call it even. We don’t pay you and you don’t pay us.

Everyone can vouch for you, but preferably people that have dealt with you. It’s your vouch page you own it. Share it to the world!

An alias is your username/handle/what people call you on a certain site/forum.

Sure we can! After you log on go to “My Vouch” go to the “Alias” tab and and click “Add an Alias”. You will be given three input fields. The first field (Alias) is your alias for that site. The second field (Location) is the name of that site, for example “Craigslist”. The third field (Link) is a URL for that site, for example “http://www.craigslist.org”. The Link is always optional.

Once you received at least 1 vouch you will not be able to delete your alias. The reason we did this is so that people who get bad vouches won’t be able to clean up their reputation. Everything is standardize and realistic so don’t get a bad vouch!

We calculate your overall rating base on weighted averages of all your vouches.
